Our services include, but are not limited to: pharmacy startup consulting; healthcare infrastructure advisory; regulatory consulting; NAFDAC registration support; pharmacy digitalization; healthcare technology integration; medical supply and procurement services; pharmaceutical distribution advisory; AI and operational automation consulting; brand visibility and healthcare marketing services; and website and digital platform development for healthcare and pharmacy businesses.

Our professional and operational support services are based on the specific requirements of clients. While we do our best to deliver accurate guidance and strategic recommendations: regulatory approvals are still subject to government and regulatory agency review; the profitability of a business depends on operational execution, external economic conditions, and market conditions; and timelines may vary as they are dependent on third-party vendors, regulatory processes, or project scope adjustments. Our recommendations are not a substitute for financial, legal, or medical advice unless expressly stated. The responsibility and liability for licensing compliance, final business decisions, staffing decisions, and operational management remains with the client.
5. Regulatory Disclaimer
HealthBay may assist clients with regulatory submissions including PCN licensing support, NAFDAC product registration, documentation guidance, and compliance advisory. However, HealthBay does not guarantee the outcomes of regulatory approval; discretion over approvals and timelines is maintained independently by regulatory authorities; and providing accurate documentation and disclosures is the responsibility of clients.
6. Medical Supply & Procurement Services
HealthBay collaborates with verified manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution networks to support access to healthcare products and medical equipment. Our priority is authenticity, compliance, and quality assurance. The availability of products may vary; supply timelines may be impacted by logistics, customs, or market conditions; and product images displayed may sometimes differ from the final packaging delivered because of manufacturer updates. All procurement engagements are subject to separate quotations, agreements, and delivery terms.
7. Digital Services & Technology Implementation
HealthBay may offer website development, e-commerce integration, CRM setup, AI automation systems, pharmacy software integration, and digital marketing services. Clients acknowledge that third-party software platforms may have independent terms and policies; there might be occasional platform outages or technical interruptions; and market conditions, advertising budgets, audience behaviour, and competition determine marketing performance. Ranking, sales, or revenue outcomes are not guaranteed.
8. Payment & Fees
All consulting fees, project fees, deposits, subscriptions, or procurement payments must be made based on agreed contractual arrangements and/or invoices. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments; adjust pricing where project scope changes; and decline services where compliance risk arises. Except stated otherwise, after a project commences deposits are non-refundable, and custom strategy work and digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.
9. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, frameworks, graphics, website content, service structures, designs, written materials, systems, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of HealthBay Consult & Pharma unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute proprietary materials without written authorization.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all business discussions and client information, and handle proprietary business data with reasonable confidentiality and professional discretion, except where disclosure is required by regulatory obligations or by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permissible by law, HealthBay Consult & Pharma shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits or revenue; third-party induced delays; denials by a regulatory body; technical and platform interruptions; or business performance outcomes beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service which gives rise to the claim.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites, external resources, or software providers. HealthBay does not control, manage, or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their practices, availability, or policies. Users engage third-party services at their own discretion and risk.
13. Termination
HealthBay reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services where Terms are violated; fraudulent activity is suspected; payments remain outstanding; or regulatory or compliance risks arise.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
HealthBay Consult & Pharma reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
